Fly Fishing for Steelhead | HELLS CANYON
Get away from the crowds in our jet boats that give you access to the Snake River's best fishing for Steelhead. We launch from Pittsburgh Landing in the heart of the Hells Canyon Wilderness and ussually head down towards the confluence with the Salmon River. This 25 miles has some great gravel bars perfect for swinging your favorite Steelhead pattern. You will have an opportunity to fish at the confluence of the Imnaha River and also venture into the Salmon River. Because of the consitent water temperatures of the dam controled Snake River the wading of the Snake River is always pleasant and the Steelhead are very active even during the colder winter months. We offer a 2 day wall tent overnight adventure in the canyon as well as day trips. Along with your Captain there will be a fly fishing guide to give instruction and advice.
